My professional experience

Freelance Project Manager I/II

Since 2015, I have had the opportunity to work as a freelance project manager and consultant with companies of different types and sizes, from a small digital agency to a DAX company, in traditional as well as agile project organizations. In doing so, I have supported teams in building innovative websites, mobile apps and IoT applications with clients in Germany, UK, Portugal, Malta and Italy.

Project management for international client projects including team leadership and client communication. Responsibility for budget, quality, and timelines as well as management of risks, issues, and dependencies
Project management for the development of a mobile white-label app for a financial product including associated backend systems. Steering the project team with 35+ team members as well as stakeholder management and management of the European licensees. Coordination of regulatory, product-specific as well as process-related matters. Organization and moderation of regular workshops
